Hrmm… what’s to tell about me?

Well, I’m 41. I live in New Zealand. I’m married with three wonderful children. I’m an existentialist, which is a sort of spiritual atheist.

Spark in the Umbra is the working title of the cross-genre speculative fiction novel I’m working on writing. It’s a Science Fiction/Horror blend, my two favourite genres, co-incidentally.

So this blog is a public exploration of my private process of learning how to write and maybe, just maybe, learning to write well.

No promises though. Caveat Lector.

Oh, and I’ve been known to ramble on about topics of personal interest. Shocking but true.
